Characters Updates

Common Character

Have you been feeling limited in your choice of characters for battle? Fear not, because we have great news for you! Our team has just released an update that adds 28 new common characters for you to choose from. The new additions include 10 demons, 9 guardians, and 9 humans. With this latest update, you'll have even more options to diversify your gameplay and create unique strategies to defeat your opponents.

If you're an old BOG player, you may recognize some of the old characters released on this version with improvements made to their stats and abilities, thanks to our continued efforts to balance the game. Whether you prefer characters with long-range attacks, high defense, or lightning-fast speed, you're sure to find a new favorite among our latest additions. So what are you waiting for? Movement

Are you ready for some exciting new movements for your favorite Characters? Well, the wait is over because we've just released an update with brand new movements for each character in Battle of Guardians! With these exciting new movements, you'll be able to add even more depth and strategy to your battles, allowing you to outmaneuver and outsmart your opponents. Parry

We've added a new movement to Battle of Guardians that allows fighters to defend against enemy attacks and immediately strike back, adding a whole new level of strategy and skill to the game. We called this movement "parry”. To ensure that our players fully understand how to use this new movement, we've prepared some sample videos showcasing how it works for a few characters. We want to make sure that our players can fully utilize this new addition to their strategic advantage, without any confusion. Shock Move

Get ready to surprise your opponents like never before with the latest addition to Battle of Guardians - the "Shock Move"! This new movement allows fighters to make a sudden, unexpected attack that is sure to leave their opponents reeling. As the name suggests, this move is designed to shock and disorient opponents, giving you a strategic advantage in battle. To help you master this new technique, we've provided some sample videos so you can see the "Shock Move" in action and practice it for yourself. So what are you waiting for? Guard Break

Introducing the new "Guard Break" movement for fighters who face opponents that prefer a defensive battle. This move is specifically designed to break through your opponents' defenses and give you a crucial advantage in battle.

To execute the "Guard Break", you'll need to ensure that your character has enough power, which can be checked on the power gauge during gameplay. You'll need a minimum of 25% power to successfully release the "Guard Break". To see the Guard Break move in action and prepare yourself for the battle, we've provided sample videos below that demonstrate its execution.

Grapple

If you are an old player of Battle of Guardians who frequently uses the Grapple move in battles, you'll likely notice a significant difference between the old and new versions. We've made careful balancing adjustments for each character, resulting in a revised version that no longer requires power to execute, but with reduced damage to the opponent.

Controls

As we introduce new movements in Battle of Guardians, it's essential for players to learn how to control their characters to execute these new moves effectively. Additionally, we've made slight adjustments to the controls of some existing moves like Grapple to improve gameplay experience.

For the new movements such as Parry, Shock Move, and Guard Break, players can expect to see new controls. To ensure you're up-to-speed with the latest changes, we've provided the updated controls for these new moves and the revised controls for Grapple below.

Map

We've heard your feedback, fighters, and understand that having only a few options for maps can get boring. That's why in the latest version of Battle of Guardians, we've released three new maps at once, each representing one of the game's races: Guardians, Humans, and Demons. With a total of three new maps, there's now more variety and strategy to explore in battles. Get ready to explore these new maps and adapt your fighting tactics accordingly!

Soorga

Soorga is the representative map for the Guardians in Battle of Guardians. Its stunningly beautiful landscape, covered in snow, will truly captivate players' attention and immerse them in the game world. Players will need to adapt their strategies to take advantage of the terrain and overcome their opponents. Eastmon

We've named the map "Eastmon" as the representative of the Demons, and it truly embodies their darkness. As you venture through this map, you'll feel the ominous atmosphere and see the twisted landscapes that perfectly capture the essence of the Demons. Zhatross

Introducing "Zhatross", the final map in our current version of Battle of Guardians! This map showcases a futuristic setting that represents the Humans, but there are also visible signs of damage caused by the Demons' attack. As you explore this map, you'll encounter a mix of pristine and destroyed areas, providing a unique and dynamic gameplay experience. Training

In the latest version of Battle of Guardians, we've made some significant changes to the Training Map. We've updated the lighting in the Training Map to provide a more immersive experience for players. With the new lighting, players can feel the intense energy of the training arena as they battle in the map. To see the difference between the old and new Training Map, check out the preview below.
